@Balyozxane: my pywikibot does not respond to Ku.Wiktionaries categories, perhaps they don't have items in wikidata

I added interwikies based on a lua module called Modul:înterwîkî-çêke. It adds the interwiki link regardless of the page exists on en.wikt or not. I think you should use "-clean" and "-create" parameters. As long as you add the existing ones to Wikidata and clear those which don't, it shouldn't cause any problems. Here is a list Bikarhêner:Balyozxane/înterwîkî of categories which have interwiki links. It's better to do this list by list otherwise we will never be done. This list includes around 5k categories. @Sakura emad I've just created a pywikibot script so that I can add interwikies by checking if the equivalent category exists on en.wikt. So we won't have the same problem in the future. But you will still need to use -create parameter since the en.wikt category might not be connected to Wikidata, as well. Balyozxane (gotûbêj) 20:06, 28 tebax 2023 (UTC)

I've connected the list I gave you to the Wikidata. If you are still interested you can user interwikidata -clean -create -search:"insource:/\[\[en:/" -ns:14 to work on the other pages.
